Short Bio
Falling on a genre spectrum somewhere between indie-tunesmith and electronic dance music, Le Voir, moniker of singer-songwriter and producer Gillian Chase, draws upon influences from contemporary synth rock as well as alternative and folk music. While the artist's debut album, 'Dualities', intimately represents Chase's dynamic musical style as a solo act, It’s Le Voir's live lineup that becomes an exciting electronic-rock act due to the addition of members Rob Lyons (guitar), Alex Siciliano (bass) and Clifford Moon (drums). Lyons brings emotive riffs to the otherwise ethereal sounding synth textures provided by Chase, while Moon's live drum work adds a compelling organic element other electronic acts lack, driving the group through more experimental realms.
